Extended Family Sessions are close to my heart since I have my family in California and my husband's in Illinois. When together, everyone is overflowing with thankfulness, knowing how rare and significant those days are. I was grateful that this family thought to reach out to me as they were anticipating this reunion. It just shows how much they prize the time they'll have. It was such a fun session on a beautiful evening in December in Fort Worth. I love all the dynamics involved in an extended family session. Seeing everyone together, the kids, the cousins, the grandparents with the kids, and I can't forget to steal some moments with grandma and grandpa. Having photos taken is such great way to commemorate the time together and an opportunity for everyone in the family to get tangible displays of these memories in their homes. Also, perfect time to get everyone to pitch in for it. Just something for you to think about for the next time family is coming into town. :)
